1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (PDF guides, immediate access communities), all sales are generally considered final. Once you have accessed the materials, we cannot "return" the product.

2. Exceptions

We want you to be satisfied. If you have a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing the content, or if you can demonstrate that the product is completely different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
